Thank you for choosing RCA Crafts. Every piece we create, whether it is personalized wood, acrylic, leather, or metal, is custom-made to order with precision and care. To ensure you know exactly what to expect from the moment you check out to the moment your package arrives, please review our comprehensive shipping guidelines below.

Shipping Destinations

We proudly offer reliable shipping delivery to all destinations across South Africa. At this time, we do not fulfill international orders.

Order Processing and Handling Time

Because our laser-engraved items are personalized and crafted specifically for you, they require dedicated production time before they are ready for dispatch.

  • Handling Time: Please allow 3 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday) for our workshop to prepare, engrave, finish, and securely package your order.

  • Order Cut-Off: Our daily order processing cut-off is 5:00 PM (17:00) South Africa Standard Time (Johannesburg).

  • Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed after the 5:00 PM cut-off, or on weekends and South African public holidays, will be officially registered for processing on the next available business day.

Transit Times and Courier Delivery

Once your custom piece has passed our final quality checks and is handed over to our courier partners, delivery times will depend on your exact location within the country.

  • Transit Time: Standard courier delivery takes between 2 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday) following dispatch.

  • Total Expected Delivery: When accounting for both our custom manufacturing process and courier transit times, the total estimated delivery time for all orders is between 5 and 14 working days.

Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

Please ensure your delivery address is entered accurately at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information. If your package arrives damaged, or if you experience significant delays beyond our 14-working-day estimate, please reach out to our team immediately so we can coordinate a resolution with the courier.
